Jason and his team, Tony and Leni, are 100% professional and made the refinancing experience one to remember. The biggest thing about working with people you are not physically in contact with is frequent communication. Whenever I sent an email, I knew I could expect a response either the same day or the next. I was never left wondering when will I hear back and never had to send another email asking for a response. The best thing is you’re not left with a sense of, “What do I do next.” They lay out a timeline and what documents will be needed.
