Jason and Candy were super helpful in getting our refinance done, even after multiple back and forths with our plans. Candy was super on top of everything, always replying quickly to any questions or concerns, and making sure I knew what was going on every step of the way.

I cannot thank you all enough!!! After a previous six months of a refinancing nightmare at a big credit union, Jason and his team took care of our family and closed exactly when they promised and with an even better interest rate from the VA. I was given updates along the way and the communication could not have been better. I refinanced with Rocket Mortgage 5+ years ago and it was pretty simple. In my opinion, Jason and his team are even easier to deal with and are much more personal. They aren’t as pushy either and are really interested in doing what is best for you. Ask Jason about Homebot, which is a really cool no cost tool! As I understand it, he’s exceptionally good with veterans, but you don’t have to be a veteran to benefit from their service. I highly recommend Home Loans!

The standard setter’s of the brokerage business. working overnights like I do, they were incredibly responsive at all hours of the day, and patient with the lag time that caused in our communications loop. Always willing to answer the phone at all times of the week, nights or weekends included, they make the home buying process a simple operation of just signing the paperwork.
