He made the process painless!

I highly recommend Mr Jason for everyone who is looking for a loan to buy a house....he did what I was thinking is impossible to be done.....I been to many of his competitors they all very easy denied me .but he works very hard on my loan like it's his own and get the job done. Thanks Jason.

I truly can’t thank Jason or his team enough! My real estate agent had never done a VA loan and Jason walked her through it flawlessly. Talk about piece of mind while buying your first home! I never felt like I was alone or worried that I was anything but a priority! This was my first time buying a home as a single parent. My husband (ex) always handles it before ! Jason walked me through the whole process and explained everything so well that the whole experience was stress free for me and my family !! Not one time did I feel afraid to ask a question becuse I felt so at ease with him. his honesty and integrity is above board!!! I highly recommend him to both new and seasoned buyers because he is honest and to the point. If he’s says X Y Z is going to happen it happens as he said it would. I had no surprises not delays on closing from our end !! Will be using his company again in the future for another purchase !!

Jason looked at their difficult situation and came up with a solution, all the while explaining to them how the process works. Jason Sharon is a professional. If you need a mortgage broker (and if you're buying a house, you do. Research it. They save you LOADS of money) he's the best in Charleston. He's a Navy Vet, oozing with integrity, and knows the programs backwards and forwards.
