Decided to “take a Chance”. Switching away from the big name loan companies (Veterans United) and use Jason’s company. Extremely satisfied. The information provided by him was truly eye opening. I will certainly use him for my next purchase!

Jason looked at their difficult situation and came up with a solution, all the while explaining to them how the process works. As a first time home buyer I was more than a little nervous. Being active duty Military I was referred to Jason by another service member who served with Jason and recommended him. Jason Sharon is a professional. If you need a mortgage broker (and if you’re buying a house, you do. Research it. They save you LOADS of money) he’s the best in Charleston. He’s a Navy Vet, oozing with integrity, and knows the programs backwards and forwards. This guy/company is amazing and I cannot recommend him/the company enough! It sounds crazy and like I am some biased reviewer, but I truly saved over $66,000 on the life of the loan amount compared to the other mortgage company I was using. I am a first time homebuyer so I’m sure I was taken advantage of and Jason broke everything down, made it easy to understand (yes I maybe should have done due diligence), and did not try to take advantage of my situation. So, if I seem biased, it’s because this level of service is so rare and I have absolutely NO problem giving an honest, intelligent, down-to-earth businessman a good review so that other people can and will reap the benefits. I hope my review (not to mention all the other five stars) will give people an idea of what to look forward to and expect. Please, do yourself a favor and call Home Loans Inc.

I recently closed on my house and working with Jason was amazing. He was fast, thorough, extremely helpful, and went “above and beyond” with everything. I would definitely refer him to everyone I know in need of a mortgage broker.
