A co-worker recommended Jason and his team when I first started looking at home mortgages. As a first time home buyer, a lot of the process seemed very complicated and I wasn’t sure what to expect. My bank wasn’t very helpful and gave me a very high interest estimate for a home loan. Jason took time to outline the steps, estimated costs of each step, and a timeline for when things should be done/expected. Absolutely excellent communication, professionalism, resourcefulness, and this team is a genuinely wonderful group of people to work with. Candy, Amanda, and all the supportive staff that did behind the scenes work were so kind and personable. 10/10 would use again and will definitely be recommending to any friends that are seeking a mortgage broker!

I must say this was the best overall experience I’ve had refinancing my house. Home Loans was able to get me the lowest interest rate without paying down any points. I tried several other agencies and they couldn’t touch the deal I was getting from Home Loans. The entire process was very easy and all on-line except for the final signing of the contract.
